8.5. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reallocate entries at its discretion, including for breaches of Sections 5, 6, or 7.

9. ENTRY FEES — STRICT REFUND POLICY

9.1. All registration and entry fees are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

11.2. Breaks between matches may range between 30 and 60 minutes depending on draw progression. Participants are responsible for being available, present, and warmed up at their scheduled call time. 13.3. For Junior Participants (under 18): media consent must be given separately by the parent or guardian at the time of entry. A parent or guardian may withdraw consent in writing at any time before the event; in such cases the Organiser will take reasonable steps to ensure the Junior is not the focus of recorded media but cannot guarantee exclusion from wide-angle, group, or general-audience footage.
