Cold Application:

• Store in the freezer until ready for use
• Allow approximately 1 hour for Optimal Cooling
• Always place a protective layer between the pack and skin before use

Hot Application – Microwave:

• Place in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds if at room temperature, or up to 1 minute if frozen (on high power)
• Check the temperature before use - if further heating is required, heat in 10-second intervals
• Heating times are based on a 600W microwave - adjust accordingly for your appliance

Hot Application – Hot water:

• Place in hot (not boiling) water for approximately 4–10 minutes
• Carefully check the temperature before use
