• Choose the band that matches your desired resistance level
• Step into the band or loop it around the target body part or anchor point
• Position the band securely and ensure it sits flat against the skin
• Perform your exercise through a full range of motion, maintaining control throughout, avoiding sudden release or overstretching
• Return the bands to the drawstring bag after use
