You’ll earn 1 point for every £1 spent on eligible products purchased directly from StriveX websites.
For shuttlecocks, points are awarded at a reduced rate: 1 point for every £5 spent.
Points are calculated on the net order value (excluding taxes, delivery charges, and discounts).
Points are awarded per order, not cumulatively e.g., two separate orders of £25 and £45 will earn 20 and 40 points respectively.
Points are rounded down to the nearest 1 e.g., £30.9 = 30 points.

Earn 5 points when your referral places a first order of at least £50.
A maximum of 10 referral rewards per year.
Orders with matching delivery and billing details as the referrer will not qualify for referral points (to prevent self-referrals).

Earn 2 points when a referral downloads the StriveX App and uses it for 60 days.
Max 10 app referral rewards per year.

Points are awarded only when the gift card is redeemed, not at the time of purchase.

Double points may be offered on selected promotional products or events.
Additional bonus points may be awarded at the discretion of StriveX to brand ambassadors or community supporters.

Points expire 12 months after being credited.
You will receive a reminder before expiry.
If expired points cause your total to drop below your current tier threshold, a 30-day grace period will apply before your membership is downgraded.

If an order is cancelled or refunded (fully or partially), points will be reversed accordingly.

Accounts flagged for abuse (e.g., fake referrals, multiple accounts) may be suspended or permanently banned.
StriveX reserves the right to review and adjust point totals if misuse or error is identified.

Membership points hold no cash value.
StriveX reserves the right to change or discontinue the membership points programme with prior notice.
